(My Prodigal Daughter's 24th Birthday)
This blog is dedicated to the many parents out there with
prodigal children. Your hearts cry is mine as well -- that our prodigal
children will leave that far country and return home to the Father who
loves them. Lord, give us strength as we wage war against the enemy who
has enslaved them. Help us to look to the only One who can set them
free! Help us to remain faithful to You, so that our children may
receive your extended mercy. Just as Israel has been kept by the
faithfulness of Abraham so may our own children be kept by our
faithfulness to You!
Oh, Lord God, we place our trust in Thee and we also place the lives of our prodigals in Your capable, merciful hands.
To God be the glory! Amen and amen.
